Gerald
E. “Ted” Connally performed numerous organization strategy
consulting assignments for a wide range of companies in most
segments of the economy, including multi-national organizations,
and has considerable specialized experience in the health care
industry and regulatory affairs.
His
primary areas of expertise include major corporate
reorganizations, redesigning organization structure and
reporting relationships, product/service mix regrouping,
management monitoring and reporting systems, acquisitions,
divestitures, and new venture start-ups.
Ted
has worked extensively in restructuring management positions,
coaching and counseling senior managers and executives,
measuring management and executive performance, identifying
individual and group developmental needs, and designing ways to
meet both the needs of the individuals and the organization.
He
has done extensive work with groups of companies and
professionals in establishing interactive relationships with
state and federal regulatory bodies in a number of fields,
including occupational safety and health, workers compensation,
health care reform, ERISA based risk management, EEO, ADA, and
the Nixon era wage/price controls.
