OVERVIEW
My broad education base and human resources experience of the 1960s was expanded and developed with a major management consulting organization in the 1970s. During the 1980s and early 90s, I acquired my own company, turned it into a consulting network, and moved into other businesses while maintaining a consulting base. In 1993, I agreed to join a firm full time to develop and validate a comprehensive organization behavior assessment tool. The project was completed over a five year effort and has been turned over to investors. I became COO of a unique medical case management company and assisted with the transition in family ownership to the next generation. I then returned to independent practice. I am experienced in the public, private and governmental sectors.

AREAS OF EXPERTISE
Organization Analysis and Planning Major reorganizations involving redesigning organization structure and reporting relationships, management monitoring and reporting systems.

Strategic, Operational and Business Planning Design, installation and implementation of strategic and operational planning systems and plans.

Executive/Management Development Restructuring management positions, coaching and counseling senior managers and executives, measuring management and executive performance, identifying individual and group developmental needs and designing ways to meet both the needs of the individuals and the organization.

Labor Relations Conduct of industry-wide negotiating, pattern bargaining and individual negotiations in all aspects of collective bargaining, conducted 107 NLRB union election campaigns with 100 victories and eighteen withdrawn petitions, design and conduct of training programs for labor relations in both contract administration and union prevention settings.

Human Resources Development of employee policies, supervisory manuals, all types of records keeping systems and data bases, development and installation of productivity monitoring systems, design and installation of virtually all kinds of compensation systems including productivity incentives, bonus systems, executive compensation programs, benefits-perquisite programs with specialized expertise in ERISA and HIPAA compliant plan administration as well as workers’ compensation, design and installation of manpower planning systems and replacement planning systems, design and installation of employee development and retraining systems, OSHA, MSHA and EEO Compliance programs.
